I ordered a silencer for my son’s Ski-Doo as a Christmas present and after it arrived and was wrapped up, he bought a newer snowmobile! I called MCB and explained the situation and they were great with allowing me to get the right part I needed for the new sled! After I shipped the part back (to the wrong place) they helped track it down quickly and got the new order shipped out same day!!! My son will have to review the part itself, but as far as customer service goes I was more than happy with their help and understanding! They answered the phone every time I called and responded to my e-mails! Would do business with them again!

My husband left me in charge of ordering his snowmobile parts....... I picked up my phone and luckily Scott answered. I am not sure I have ever had that kind of customer service. He walked me through the whole process of ordering the correct parts in about 10 minutes the parts were ordered and being packaged at the same time. This is incredible and I will recommend them to everyone I know. On top of this most excellent service he even called me back when he realized that there was a part that I completely forgot to order. I am a customer for life.
