What a refreshing, amazing experience!
We've been hunting a certain products for weeks, and I heard Riverview Kent had some. I called and a Lady(wish I had of gotten her name), who took it upon herself to help me, even though what I was looking for wasn't her department. She scoured the store, found the items and even offered to set them aside for me. Thank you!
Secondly when I arrived to pick the items up, I had more questions and needed more help. KEVIN came to the rescue, and not only answered everything, but even gave me the sale price that was available the next morning.
He was friendly and courteous and a delightful help!

Great prices and amazing staff very helpful.

Although I could not find the part I needed to fix my kitchen faucet, everyone was very helpful and even suggested somewhere I might be able to find it! In the end, I just bought a whole new faucet set. Will go back ?

Although smaller than some of the other Kent locations, this one is the most convenient for me to get to and the staff is friendly/helpful. They also seem more organized than other Kent locations. I would definitely recommend this hardware store.
