(July 16, 2021, 12:33 am)I had placed an order with a few packs of the sausages and cherry wood smoked bacon online for delivery. Joe's Smokehouse called to let me know they don't delivery to my area which is almost two hours away from their location but would make sure I receive my order.

They went above and beyond by having my order shipped by bus, prepared and packed appropriately for the bus drive. Their customer service was excellent and they contacted me by phone and email to keep me updated on the status of my order every single step of the way.
The products were fresh, local and delicious. Can't wait to try more of their items next time I am in the area!
