My visit here was a fabulous surprise. My friend and I spent an entirely lovely hour browsing through the abundance of treasures and chatting with the lovely owner who was so charming and welcoming to us. This treasure trove is well stocked with an extraordinary collection of rare locally sourced antiques. The best find of the day was two exquisite Sherman Crystal brooches which I absolutely treasure. A visit to the adjacent Woodchuck Museum was equally enjoyable. This was such a memorable trip and well worth the drive. There are spectacular views of the water along the delightful drive over and it was such a fun way to spend an afternoon.

Not only do they have super neat antiques for sale, but the most talented wood carvings I've ever seen. Chuck Bernards woodcarvings (god rest his soul) are absolutely incredible. Today his wife Cheryl takes pride in telling his story behind each piece. I look forward to bringing my family here every time we have visitors because it's such a cool spot.
