    Our experience with SystemAir is very positive. We had a Fantech heat recovery ventilator (HRV) installed in our home. Unfortunately, after about a year, the HRV failed and the installer was less than truly helpful. So, we decided to repair it ourselves. Jonathan Mazerolle at Systemair went out of his way to help us, responding to our emails exceptionally quickly and professionally. With Jonathan's help, we were able to confirm our diagnosis of which parts to order. To our great surprise, with the help of the wholesaler who had provided the HRV, Fantec even gave us a warranty rebate for the parts. We would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

    We purchased a nine year old house with a Fantech system installed. The temporary timers in the bathrooms weren't functioning correctly and I troubleshot as much as I could. Finally contacted tech support and Jonathan patiently stepped me through a debugging routine. With numerous back and forth emails, the problem was solved. Turned out to be a install issue dating back nine years. Great support.

    Martine was a HUGE HELP... she is A+ Customer Service. I needed some replacement filters for our Fantech Air Exchanger, she sent me to a close local supplier in Dartmouth NS. Made my day much easier by getting her on the phone when I called in!
