(May 18, 2021, 3:13 pm)5 star service! I can't speak to the sales department but if you need service, this is the place to go. The lady at the desk, and Bob out back are just amazing. Bought a new vehicle and preowned trailer this year. We needed a lot of advice and help. Never felt like we were bothering anyone and someone always answered our questions. Definitely recommend.

We were so impressed with service that we bought our RV.
Update: Wow this has been a challenging year.
We bought our RV in the fall, RV world stored it till spring time.
We had it brought to our new campsite a few weeks ago, the guys were really good and very nice explaining how everything worked.
The camp site opened this past weekend and everything worked and we are pumped to totally chill this summer.

(June 15, 2020, 10:15 pm)Duncan was my sales man, and from the start he was cordial, informative and very patient with me and all my questions! He explained to me the difference between the two models that were made the same year/which I found confusing as well as even took measurements to ensure the TV for the trailer fit (as I’m from Fredericton and couldn’t be there to do it.) he also made sure to clarify pricing with trade in, etc which the numbers can get confusing.

Phil-the Manager-was also around and the day I arrived there, showed me around the trailer and helped answer my questions. Both men very easy going and laid back-which made the experience less stressful.
Jim in Finance was also great. He made sure to go through all the details and helped made me feel comfortable going through all the numbers and how they worked out.
In all, I would recommend RvCanadaSaintjohn and any of the fine folk there to help you out!
Thanks guys! We are here camping the day we picked it up and we couldn’t be happier. Oh...and Mays says hi...ruff ruff!!
