Great Mall you can get most of your necessities there. There is a lot of extra space for new businesses. Too bad they wouldn't open a few more businesses.

All the amenities you need. Food, Canadian Tire, liquor and Marijuana, if your so inclined. There's gas stations and a variety store cross from the Amsterdam Inn.
Easy Access to the highway.
