(June 12, 2023, 1:41 pm)I had an appointment today at HearCANADA, ot located in People's Park Tower on St. George. Very easy to find. Everything went very smoothly and the audio technician was extremely clear about what he was going to do and what the tests would indicate. He explained the results and said they would conduct a followup test in a year. Highly recommend.

The lady providing the hearing test told me what I would be hearing and after the test I was shown the results for the test and we discussed those results. I was then informed and asked which style of aid I would prefer and offered different colors in that type of hearing aid. ((I opted for the behind ear as opposed to in ear.) I was then told when I would most likely hear back from them since the holidays are almost here .

(July 26, 2022, 12:45 pm)We visited Advanced Hearing as my husband was having problems with his hearing aid. The staff was so helpful . Isabelle was so friendly each time we went, and we were there many times. She checked it on several occasions and had it working again. She is supper professional.
