Jim's Bike Shop

My wife and I are travelling from Alberta and Jim’s was our first stop in Moncton to buy a couple new seats for our e-bikes. Jim had us try out some seats and with his suggestions we picked up a couple along with a handle bar mirror. He installed them in the pouring rain for us without hesitation! Now that’s service!!! What a positive first impression. I am sure we will be back for more accessories. Thanks Jim! Great selection of bikes and accessories as well.

Jim is wonderful! We are in Moncton for the night, and the front caster on my youngest child's wheelchair came off, rendering it useless. Quick plan, hit a bike shop, if they can't help, run to canadian tire for a temporary wheelchair. Jim's bike shop came up first, and I'm so glad it did! He had the caster back on in 15 minutes, then pushed it to the car himself. Such service! The store is large and well-kept, the shop behind neatly organized and evidently busy. The two staff working on bikes were friendly too. I'm overall impressed with Jim and his shop, and urge you to consider him for your biking needs!

Staff were very helpful and after purchase of a escooter, I received above and beyond service in regards to a charging issue with the product to no fault of the store. A replacement was given to me, but the staff went out of their way, in their OWN TIME, outside of opening hours to collect and build another escooter for me. Furthermore they also spoilt my dog with treats. 😎👍
