Excellent service from Louis and Maurice. Promptly provided a quote when requested with various options. I selelcted the unit I wanted and Louis provided me with a date and time for the install. A good 10 to 15 minutes before the start time I could hear noise outside the house. There was Louis with al the materials off loaded and he had started the outside preparation. A couple of hours later the job was complete and the new mini split effectively heating the room.

I regret not posting this review last year when Louis installed our minisplit. Very professional, meticulous, and friendly. When Louis came to discuss our options for our new minisplit, he booked us our installation immediately and we had our unit installed 3 days later. When he came to perform the install I told him to not worry about removing his shoes, but he insisted and kept the work area very clean. You would barely know he was here after he left. Couldn't be happier with our Hairer unit, and am so glad we went with Reliable Energy! Highly recommend their services for honest and affordable prices including the best tech in the business! Thanks Louis, we love staying cool in the hot humid weather, and warm in the winter!

Installed Fujitsu mini split Oct 2018 used for full two winters and three hot summers. Really cut down on electric bills. Excellent unit! Excellent and professional experience with Louis. BTW, I have had no contact since Oct 2018, had no need too.

Bought one unit , and they did repair my old unit. Nothing to say negative , just 200% positive experience Louis and Jean Marc are the very very best guys to deal with trust me. :)
