It is amazing customer service!!My child had a problem with the glasses frame and it was very difficult.but she is fixed the glasses very quickly and kindly.i will definitely go back.

My husband and I went into the Riverview location today to try and tackle the daunting task of picking out new glasses. We arrived about 45 minutes before the store closed. The associates were busy with other clients but were still very attentive to us as well. Once they finished up they made quick work of helping us make choices for our frames and then taking all the measurements and talking us through the options available for lenses and protective coatings and such. Obviously this process had us keeping the associates after the store closed to get things finalized. They never once made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, they were AMAZING! We have chosen Vogue for a number of years for our eye glass needs and always had great experiences at the Riverview location BUT this was hands down THE BEST visit to the store yet! Those ladies went above and beyond to help us get frames that suited us and that we really liked! Shout out to Lori and Natasha! You ladies are awesome! I hope your management team knows what gems they have in you two!

In a nutshell I got 2 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses (approx. cost: $1,000). Once I got the lenses in the frames, it was obvious that one of the pairs did not look good on me (wrong size). The glasses were already paid for. I called them up, pretty embarrassed as this had never happened to me before. To my relief I was told they would replace the glasses in question AND absorb the cost, as long as I choose another one of their frames. I really appreciate the great service provided by Vogue Optical Riverview. A customer for life!

Absolutely, completely, incredible customer service. My mother attended with broken glasses of a family member in nursing care. They were unable to repair the damaged frames. When they realized they were for a senior in care, they found frames in stock to fit the existing lenses so they would not have to be without. There aren't words to describe the care and compassion. Truly appreciated and would recommend to anyone!!
