We brought our first trailer home on a Thursday with a trip planned for Friday. After realizing late Thursday night that our truck wasn't equipped with trailer breaks, we started panicking. I got ahold of Action at 9am Friday and they had me in and out within minutes of my initial call to them. The customer service was top notch, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have dealt with the Saint John store on/off for the last 7 years for roof rack gear and now my car starter. The staff are upfront and honest. They have made mistakes on ordering wrong roof rack parts but changing the order was fairly painless. Never had any major issues at this location.

I was really impressed with the store. It had more merchandise than I expected. It is a hidden jewel to everyday auto accessories. I bought my wipers and they installed them promptly. I also found many other items that would be ideal for gifts for a person who has everything. I know I am visiting again to purchase a few small items for gifts.
