They make a free quote for your cleaning. Friendly staff and very kind. The only thing who's disappointed me it was that they don't clean the exterior unit.

Recently we used Duct Cleaning Guys / CitrusWow in Moncton to clean our homes HVAC (furnace/AC), HRV (air exchange) and clothes dryer vents. They were prompt to provide a quote when we first contacted them and prompt to complete the needed services. Our technician arrived within the specified time window, he was professional and completed the work efficiently. Our vents were quite dirty (at least the parts we could see easily at the openings) and now looking nice and clean. The tech also had some helpful tips for us to improve the efficiency of our home which was an added bonus :)

Because there were no reviews, I was a bit nervous, but everything went really well. Jordan was very professional, he got to work immediately when he arrived. He asked all the right questions and answered all the questions that I had. He was understanding about my concerns about the birds that had been living in the duct and checked first, but they had moved out thank goodness. He charged me what was quoted on the telephone when the appointment was made and brought out the bill once the job was completed. I had gotten several quotes for the dryer duct cleaning and The Duct Guys was the most reasonable . I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again for such great work. RF
