I know from painful personal experience that it takes a month or two to get an appointment to even drop off your trailer with no guesstimate as to when it might be ready. Been there, done that 4 years running back home in BC.

BUT, I called on Friday with a problem. They offered the following Monday, as I had requested, albeit a couple of hours later than I'd wanted.
None the less, they had our rig in on time and out in an hour, all fixed up with very helpful instructions on some follow up steps we needed to do. So, they sound typical for regular maintenance but when I needed a quick fix, they delivered.
