Being plus size I always dread having to try on clothes let alone with an audience and an incredible amount of pressure. Wedding dress shopping really terrified me because I was so worried that the styles would be limited and the fits wouldn’t be flattering; but, when I came to ACS Formals I was so overwhelmed with choice and kind service. Amanda was fantastic and made my whole experience—she listened to my desired styles and then came back whisking a ton of dresses for me to try on. She didn’t even ask me or any of my bridal party their sizes—she just knew! From there she was awesome with telling us that if we didn’t like something we wouldn’t hurt her or the dresses’ feelings and we could be honest with how we were feeling about them. I ended up having a tough decision with more than three dresses I would have been happy to walk down the aisle in! I ended up saying yes to my dress here, and so did my bridesmaids and my mom! First off, absolutely fantastic service here. My first visit I was looking for a tuxedo with tails for an event and the gentleman who assisted me was extremely personable, got to know me as well as the need for the outfit. I'm top of this, for the fitting, I was in and out in all of 15 minutes, which was the next impressive detail. I'm top of this, the pricing was extremely competitive. If you're looking for formal wear, I highly recommend ACS.
