Went to Sleep Country looking for a new mattress. Our sales associate (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and guided us through the whole process. He had us try MANY different mattresses to find the perfect fit, all while explaining to us the pros/cons and details of each mattress we were trying... in the end we picked the perfect mattress for us! We even got pillows (the pillows there are sweet!)
10/10 would recommend.

What a great experience buying a new mattress today. Peter LeBlanc went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied........excellent customer service, something that is not common anymore. Well done !!

well trained staff who know there stuff. Always a bed on sale, no one ever pays retail, right.

Great customer service, friendly and very patient staff but when I cancelled an order I was sent out of the store with a receipt and told I would have to get a cheque by mail.. I paid cash.. not able to have my money back not even on debit ! I found it to be very inconvenient and never heard such a thing that they could not give me a refund not even on my debit or credit card so now I have to wait however long for a cheque to come in the mail !
