I’ve been a member at CFD for over a year and it has truly been life changing! The coaches are excellent and scale the workouts according to your skill level. I started at the gym with a goal to slim down (which I’ve done) but the bigger benefits have been increased flexibility, cardio and overall strength. The coaches and other members make it a fun community that keeps you motivated!

It’s also worth mentioning that CF Dieppe has the lowest prices with a very generous student discount.
