(June 13, 2020, 3:22 pm)There doesn't seem to be enough staff, I'm guessing there could be some ramping up due to covid maybe, but I went in and there was only 6 people in front of me, took nearly 25 minutes to get our stuff, and to boot the order we were given was wrong. (wrong bagel was given), staff was nice though.

(November 17, 2019, 11:56 pm)Ordered a medium dark roast double double. I sat down at table and opened cover to enjoy. The coffee was barely warm. Brought it back to counter and explained it was barely warm. A few minutes later they returned with a delicious hot coffee. Very satisfied with the service at this Tim's location in Shediac.
