(January 2, 2020, 2:27 pm)I found that the food prices are high for the environment that you are in. The place is very loud and sounds like a school cafeteria. I have had many mistakes made on my order and it seems the one of the cooks can do no wrong as complaints fall on deaf ears. I am not looking for anything special, but rather a place where you can get the food that you ordered the way that you asked for it. After all, the customers are paying for this place to exist. By the way, I have been going to the Big Stop since the first one opened in this location.

This is perhaps the most well constructed new building I have set foot into in North America it is warm it is cozy it is terrific.
There are several other Irving big stops. However this one is an example. Occasionally at the other big stops they are so busy that the servers although efficient are simply not friendly.
The service at this location is always terrific and the people never seem in a hurry and never give attitude. -
