Best service out of an automotive shop that I’ve received in a long time. Jeff and his crew at both of his locations are top notch and always friendly to deal with. Great prices on everything (Jeff will even tell you to stop in to look at something before a quote gets put together) as they don’t try to nickel and dime you like most dealers and other repair centers do. I will be taking all my cars here from now on. Jeff and Nick, thanks for the great work you guys did on my Jeep as well as my other vehicle services. Keep it up guys!!!

After getting my Jeep modified at another shop, I was beginning to experience issues with extreme tire wear within a matter of months. I couldn’t be more grateful that someone referred me to Scruggs. My tires were in such rough shape that Josh was kind enough to tow my Jeep all the way from Niagara Falls to Elma. They found out what was causing my tire problems (bad alignment and the previous shop installed something wrong), fixed the problem and now my lifted Jeep with 37’s drives like a complete dream, like the day I drove it off the lot. Josh, Henry and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending Scruggs to all of my family and friends. My wife went to Buffalo from Cleveland where her car broke down. She was able to get the car to Scruggs where Nick and the boys helped her out. Couldn't save the car but Nick held on to it for over a week while I worked things out from Cleveland. When I went back to have the car taken away Nick wouldn't take anything for his trouble. First rate, honest customer service!
