Giving 4 stars only because at one point we did feel the stereotypical sales "push", however overall it was a great experience. Andrew was easy to work with, even helping hold our baby when it was all getting a bit much for him. I feel like we got an amazing deal and we love our new Sonata Hybrid!

I had such a great car buying experience here. Gordon was fantastic right from the start. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient while I took three test drives and took my time to decide what I wanted to do. I really appreciated his demeanor and approach since I too work in service/sales. It means a lot when you don’t feel like you’re being pressured into something or being talked down to. And in the end I left with a car I am happy with at a price I can afford.

Service department treats you well and is accommodating. Sales staff especially post sales can use some work - very pushy on getting you to buy extras. Just do your research and stand your ground and you'll be fine.

Excellent service as always! John Klein was very professional and went above and beyond for me. Also the finance guy Gary was awesome! Of course Tom Riggs is the best of the best❤️

Gordy was fantastic. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted and made it happen. He was straightforward and honest right from the start. Would recommend Gordy and Northtown Hyundai to anyone!
