(May 3, 2019, 11:29 pm)I’ve always wanted to try Pilates, then a friend told me that she was taking classes from Liz, and really liked it. I was able to join her one night and Liked it just as much as I thought I would. Liz is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, and really pays attention to you and your form so you get the most out of each movement and don’t injure yourself. I love that it’s not a huge class with lots of people, there are only 5 reformers, so you can’t have more than that. Would highly recommend!!
