Wyndham Garden Buffalo Williamsville

Beautifully decorated. Staff are pleasant, helpful and professional.

Although pretty new, the Wyndham Garden in Williamsville was very well-priced. For us, it was a great location as well!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The manager was not hiding in an office. She was out in the lobby being friendly, making sure everyone has what they need. The beds were so comfortable! My husband and I both slept very well! Everything was nice and clean. Annette - the room attendant for our floor was awesome! In other hotels those who do that job don't seem to be too happy. She was so friendly, gave us whatever we needed. One day I asked her for an extra bottle of water so the next day when cleaning our room she put in 6 bottles instead of the 2 they normally place. When we were leaving she offered us more bottles for the way (which we didn't take because we still had so much from the day before!)
All in all we had an amazing and relaxing time thanks to the staff at the hotel.
Oh, and before leaving I went for a massage by their onsite spa. Steph was amazing! Best massage ever!

The one thing that I can complain about was the showers didn't have much pressure. But I have had worse.

I would totally come back the next time we visit Buffalo.

Williamsville is a quaint town east of Buffalo. My favorite place to stay while visiting for golf and dining is definitely the Wyndham Gardenville. The staff are second to none, helpful, knowledgeable and always most welcoming. A big thanks to Patrice for always looking after us. Very clean and an extremely tasteful environment. The location and the rooms do not disappoint.

Amazing hotel!!!! The staff was amazing, the location was very convenient, and the rooms were really nice and super clean!!!

I'd definitely recommend this hotel and if ever I'm in the area again, I'll be staying here.

There's one thing that I always look for in a hotel that this hotel didn't have... Complimentary Breakfast. However, they had a cool $5 deal for breakfast so I went with that!
