This place was incredible. Saw it out of the corner of my eye and it just happened to be the grand opening. Friendly staff, unique dessert

Really unique ice cream. Big enough to share, or just eat it all yourself. My favorite was with mixed fruit. Interesting to watch. Smashed on an anti-griddle and then rolled up to eat. Berries and whipped cream on top.

Went in here on a whim while on a bike ride with my family. I ordered the Thai rolled ice cream with fresh fruit. The man behind the counter started by pouring cream and fruit on a chilled surface. We watched as he hand mixed it and chopped it with two putty knives and it started to form into ice cream. He flattened it out with a spatula and then rolled it with ease into what looked looked like roses before they fully bloom. He did all of this with extreme artistic care. The finished product was so pretty i almost didn't want to eat it! I did though, of course and it was the freshest most delicious ice cream i have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
