The product is great and the service is tops. The owner rearranged his schedule 2 days in a row to ensure I had the materials I needed to replace my basement window. He created the first custom window within 24hrs of me placing the order. When I picked up the window and we discussed my project, he was concerned I ordered the wrong size and made a second window the same day. He had me take both windows, charged me for 1 and trusted me to return the one I didn't use. Sensational customer service.

This is a top notch company right here. I had 10 basement windows installed 2 months ago (9 block, and 1 large egress window). The crew was clean, safe, and extremely efficient. It took them about 1 day and some change to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. The mortar seams are crisp and clean, the windows are plumb and centered with each opening, and the amount of light they let in makes my basement feel like a fresh new room. Kudos to the 2 man crew who did the work too. On time every morning, and took what I felt to be a large task and turned it into just another day at the office. High regards all around for these guys. I recently had my bathroom shower repaired and re-done. The remodeling included new tiles, shelves, new faucets, new shower doors and a new shower head. Steve and his employees were helpful, hardworking, friendly and worked very quickly. In a few days, my bathroom was finished and it looked beyond amazing.
