I've been going to Phoenix for several years and have been seeing Monica for some time now. I've been getting therapeutic massages on my shoulder for nearly a decade now and Phoenix/Monica have been the ABSOLUTE best, bar-none. She really takes her time to learn (and remember) your issues and does things the right way. You'll wonder why you went anywhere else.

The ambiance awes and the clinical care astounds. Like many people, I underestimated the power of massage therapy until I found myself desperate for relief after an injury left me with a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. A trusted friend referred me to Eric and I'm forever grateful. Eric is professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. His understanding of body mechanics blew me (RN) out of the water. He explained my injuries to me in ways I could understand and he put me at ease about the entire concept of massage therapy. He delivers heavy pressure that is amazingly relentless; I leave every therapy practically buzzing. Eric also empowered me with follow-up techniques I can do on my own between appointments. Healing came faster than I could have believed and I am forever thankful for Phoenix Rising and Eric's incredible skill.

AMAZING!!! Such a beautiful and relaxing place to even be in. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and upbeat. Erick was my masseuse, he made things very comfortable, explained certain things as he was doing it, extremely knowledgeable, and referred me to another place as well that he thought could help me. The staff there genuinely cares about your well being!

Monica is, by far, the best massage therapist I have been to. Incredible therapeutic massage with amazing results. Caring, informative and thorough. I would highly recommend Phoenix Rising!!

I was visiting Buffalo this week from out of town and I suffer from severe tension headaches and have issues with my neck often. I was in horrific pain when I randomly found Phoenix Rising Massage and was grateful they had a cancellation and fit me in right away. I was beyond happy with Monica and the level of comfort and care I received from her. I have had many massages before and no one has ever gone to the extent of relieving the tension in my neck and head as Monica did. She was truly a Godsend and I will be booking more massages with her in the future when I come visit Buffalo.
