This was a beautiful, quiet, extremely clean, smelled clean and fresh with kind service, great breakfast. My no smoking room was truly a non-smoking room. Highly recommended. Sometimes us “regular” folks just need a nice place to stay for a good price and this place is 5 star. Thank u!

Hi everyone your charter bus driver for you. The Best Western hotel really looks nice from the outside. Quite different from a number of other hotels I've seen. People are friendly inside lobby is beautiful. My Room was clean and nice just smaller than I'm used to but it was nice. They have a nice breakfast for those who you who like to eat breakfast. And plenty of parking.

Location, location, location. This hotel is right off the highway, just outside of downtown Buffalo. 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to all your shopping needs. Travel by highway or roadways. Easy to get where you want to quick and easy.
Comfortable rooms, hot showers with good water flow.
Mini fridge in the room; microwave in the breakfast area by the front lobby. Coffee and tea and hot chocolate 7/24.
Strong WiFi.
Outside pool and deck great in the warmer months.
