Took my father's desktop in to get repaired due to some random problems it was producing. They had it for about a week, and were able to correct the problem easily, and only charged me about $70 for it. Not bad, but I wish they went about it a bit faster...
I also took in my laptop because I decided to mess around with dual-booting, and during the process, somewhat killed my laptop. THey were able to retrieve all of my files, and created a backup folder on my new desktop.
