I was on my way to Niagra falls with my family and my vehicle started to make a rattling noise. Called Monroe spoke to Steve. Got my vehicle in. Richard and Steve were excellent. Did not even charge me and fixed the heat sheet problem. So refreshing to see honest businesses and fantastic service.

Richard got me in and out for brake replacements within an hour as well as did a great job. Great customer service will recommend to others.

I have been coming here since I've started driving. They're friendly, someone always come in to greet you when you walk through the door. They're efficient and fast. I'm never sitting here too long

Came in today because the bonnet (hood) on my SUV wouldn't stay latched and I panicked on the highway can that it would open at high speeds. There wasn't anything open on a Sunday except Monro. The gentleman on staff was knowledgeable and quickly repaired the latch and got us back on the road. He was so kind he didn't even charge us. We are very grateful for his assistance in making our trip safer!

The manager Steve is awesome. Always a fast, no BS experience with them. They have never pushed me to do any extra work but always give me recommendations for the future.
