America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Horrible .. their claim for 2 pairs for $69 and free eye exam is a scam. Spent over $300 for one pair, eye exam wasn’t free and they gave me the cheapest case they had for my glasses with no complimentary cloths or cleaning spray. Went to lens crafters previously only spent $180 got free cloths, free cleaning spray and a nice hard shell case. This place is a rip off.

I went in for a fitting and Matt was great very informative. This is my first pair of glasses and he explained everything to me. I really appreciate it, thank you!

Demetria at the Depew location is MAGIC. She a.) fixed a pair of glasses I was previously told were unfixable (out of the goodness of her heart; I wasn't even there for that); b.) searched for exactly the right frames to fit the lenses of the glasses I did come in to get fixed; and c.) ingeniously cat-proofed a case for me so my glasses won't get damaged when my cat knocks them off my bedside table (again, out of the goodness of her heart, at no extra charge). I haven't always had great experiences with America's Best, but Demetria ensured that I won't give up on them just yet.

Gail and her staff are always extremely helpful, welcoming and pleasant! It is always a wonderful experience going to the Depew location.
