I have been a client of Elizabeth S for over twenty years! That is a testament to her knowledge and ability to stay up on the latest techniques and trends but even more importantly, her intelligence, kind heart and warm personality! She would bend over backward for her clients because most, if not all, become her friend!!! She is always on top of her game and more than once I’ve come in and said, I dk, do whatever,” and an hour or so later, my hair looks beautiful!! I trust her completely!! She would receive my highest recommendation but I don’t want her schedule to get any busier!!! I’m selfish!! Haha!!! ????
PS- Alex C, her assistant, and rising star in her own right, is also FABULOUS and does my 18 yr old’s hair! Not an easy feat!! ????

Molly has been doing hair for over 25 years. She has a faithful clientele, who cry when she goes on vacations. They all agree that she is the BEST. She is warm and inviting. She is easy to talk to. Truly an artist, she is a color expert. I've personally seen her change women's lives with her work.

I am so sorry you ladies had a bad experience with Molly, but let me tell you she is the best hairdresser in Buffalo, in my opinion. I would never trust anyone else.
When a customer complains, she takes it very personally. If you would have told her, at the time of the appointment that you didn't like it, she wouldn't have let you leave her chair upset.
