Highly recommend these ladies over at the "home store" of life storage. In a matter of one day I had a unit reserved, locked and loaded. Heather called me within an hour to give me every bit of info I would need so there were no surprises, and once there Dena gave me the full rundown. Transport, lock usage, showed me where the cameras all are, she even cleaned out the unit for me before putting the lock on. Dena even called me later on to reassure that they tried my personal code to ensure it works so there's no potholes. They're very thorough and super friendly, this is my first time seeking out a storage unit and I think I picked a pretty good one. Thanks ladies!

Even though I ended up not needing services I have to say one of the most trusting experiences. Its important to leave your belongings with people who treat you well as well as your items. Special thanks to dena for being so nice and thorough! Definitely reccomend!

I have rented a storage unit for the past 6 years. The facility is clean, available 24 hours, well lit for safety at night and secure. With regards to Heather and Dena, you cannot get better service anywhere. If you need to rent a unit, go to Life Storage, Williamsville, NY. It will be one of the best decisions you will make.
