Mark, thank you ALWAYS for your professionalism, being attentive and informative throughout the time my vehicle is serviced. The service team did an outstanding job with oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Love my MINI.

The service department at Towne MIni is FANTASTIC. Called yesterday morning to see if they could look at my tires. I had a low pressure light on the dash. They were able to quickly get me in and repair the tire for a reasonable cost.

I had a series of work done to my car. It took a little longer than expected so I was offered a loaner for any inconvenience.

The Service staff of Kathy, Mark and Sam was excellent. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Also, Heidi at Info desk was very helpful and nice to talk to (she also made me aware of a Mini drive in October of this year).

My 2009 MCS was taken care of and am very pleased.

I just recently traded in my leased countryman (which was another amazing experience) for another Mini Cooper. My entire experience was amazing. Nada (a newer employee) made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions, and seemed genuinely excited about my new car. She seemed just as excited as I was! Every person that works there was welcoming and helpful. But Nada was the absolute best. I cannot imagine shopping for a car any other place. I highly encourage everyone to visit and at least test drive and fabulous car and experience towne mini’s top notch customer service!

My first Cooper S! Wish I could give 10 stars. Every step of the process was made as simple as possible. No high pressure sales & lots of financing options. Office is full of crazy Mini people and now I'm one too. Would marry my car if I could!! Much love
