Negotiates: are monthly residents seem to be allowed to store a lot of their belongings outside and under their trailer, looking quite sloppy. IMHO, the only items outside should be limited to outdoor furnishings like tables and chairs, BBQ, carpet and dog fence and perhaps a screen room.
Road around park is narrow and turns are sharp for today’s big RV’s. -
