(March 9, 2019, 5:03 pm)Visited my parents place over in Derby location, Roads and streets inside park need to be attended to with garbage and trash pick up at entrance , My parents had trouble with there pipes freezing this winter , The onsite office was helpful and they got great maintenance personnel always on call, Only downfall is the owner of the property likes to try and cut corners and likes to take his time with bigger problems concerning up keep and safety issues regarding concrete work around homes .

(July 2, 2018, 7:59 am)This is a warm and welcoming place if your looking for a place to call home. They have very cute housing for great price an a beautiful swimming pool ! Wish my daughter stayed there :) they should build a gate to keep odd folks out !
