(October 25, 2018, 9:49 pm)Found my new go to dish. They pan sear scallops and put a nice crust on them. They're served over a garlicky parmesan risotto with grilled asparagus. Each bite has to have a little of all three of those things. Chew. Swallow. Sip of chardonnay. Heavenly
