Burger King

The new tacos are terrible. Flavor is good, but taco shell is only 1/3 full, top of shell is way overcooked and bottom is very greasy.

I came here 2 days before the Impossible Burger launched. The staff let me know we can buy them early and let me order the burgers before the official launch.
I waited probably about 15 minutes for my food. In these 15 minutes, I was offered a free pie on more than one occasion, an explanation of what happened (the burgers had to be made fresh to order) and the manager gave us free fries in our bag.
Even though I had to wait while the burgers took longer than normal, the manager and staff made sure to apologize and let me know that they're just getting used to the new menu item. I had a very pleasant experience and I would come back here again.

Girl who took my order(didn't get her name) was very nice and helpful. However, even though a girl was sweeping, store was dirty. Especially the doors. They were dirty and greasy. Easy fix with spray cleaner and paper towels.

The best Burger King in the area. Other Burger Kings I have gone to are not nearly as clean nor friendly. The food was great for traditional standards. This is the first time in a while that I did not regret eating at a standard American fast food restaurant. The hamburgers tasted like they were made of beef. Prior years orders had the soy taste in them that made me stop going for a long time. I don't know when they revamped the food, but let's hope it's for the long run.
