Fantastic pizza! Great service from our server. My idea of a perfect mothers day dinner :)

This was pretty rough. I had to repeat my order 3 times to our waitress before she got it. Then, as I was at the salad bar, she came back to clarify. It was not a complicated order. I had to track her down for a refill on my drink. When the food (a medium cheese and pepperoni pizza and a cheese personal pan pizza) a full 30 minutes later it was like warm. My little guy wanted to go there because he completed Book It for the month of March. He didn't even eat the pizza because his was cold. It was disappointing at best, and I hope to not return.

Edited to add: The district manager has already called to apologize, and ask they we give them another chance. I respect the fact that the customer service here is such that they take these concerns seriously. I truly appreciate that she took the time to contact me, and am therefore adding another star.0
