Quest Diagnostics Blasdell

So far doesn't deserve more than four stars because I walked in alone and no one was inside. Signed in, it said up to 5 mins of wait and I am here for 15 mins already. Besides that, it is pretty clean. You can sign in on many languages including Serbian which is rare in many institutions. In terms on service I might edit this review to more or less stars.

Real nice convenient location, and the staff was both helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed, and might be a bigger problem if you come during a busy time of day, is the staffing level. It would seem as if they operate on a bare bones staff. If time is short in your schedule, I would suggest making an appointment Vs walking in. During our visit, a walk-in on a Friday at 2:45pm, the wait time was about 25 mins. Overall if you make an appointment, this is a convenient neighborhood lab.

Really nice location. It's in the same building as the neighborhood health center but it has it's own entrance. Just drive through the parking lot towards the CVS and you'll see the door with the logo above it. Check in was easy, I used the QR code that was sent to me after I made my appointment but you can also check in with your name. Procedure was really quick and I was in and out in 5 minutes including my wait time in the lobby. The employee was super nice and friendly.

Phlebotomist was very sweet and professional and most importantly fast! She was the only person in the whole damn place, not even a rreceptionist. The waiting room was full to the brim! That lady needs a raise and some more help!
