UPDATE: I increased my rating from one star to three, as I have felt the issue has improved in the last couple months. I have been getting packages, and while my mail is still mixed up occasionally it is correct more often than not now. We still have larger packages delivered elsewhere as a precaution but I'm feeling much better about the situation. It's also worth noting that I went into the post office to ship something the other day and the staff was different from my last visits a while back and these people were extremely friendly and helpful. Definite improvements and I am thrilled about it!!

We have lived here two years. For two years I have gotten my neighbors mail and not my own. For two years I've had to walk to the back apartments to swap mail. I've called the post office more times than I can count. It gets better for a while then starts up again. I've started just leaving any mail that isn't ours with the flag up in the box. Sometimes our box is crammed full of mail for five different people. Despite my calling and talking with supervisors, despite trying to put our names on the box, despite putting a sign in the box saying ONLY those two people live here. Sometimes I get notifications that packages could not be delivered when I have been home all day and no delivery was ever attempted. We know that we don't get our mail to the degree that anything we order online we have shipped to a friend's house instead and we drive to pick it up because we can't trust that it would be delivered to us here. I have so many stories and none are good. I cannot wait until we move someday.
