Clean room, shower and bathroom was clean with a strong water pressure which really helped after a long day of driving.. front desk staff was the best staff I’ve ever dealt with! The free breakfast had hot food and you can get hot coffee 24 hours a day. The coffee was really good too. The only thing I wish was better was the indoor pool was cloudy and strong chlorine smell. I will stay here again next time I travel through NY. Thanks to all the staff, you all are amazing.

We had a great experience except it took nearly 30 minutes for the water to warm up. It was like icicles during that period then suddenly it was really hot. But after that it evened out nicely and that was our only complaint. The beds were very comfortable, the heater/AC worked great, and the rooms were very nicely laid out and clean. Very satisfied with our experience.
