I am floored by Leslie's personal touch and capable manner with which she handles each and every customer, most notably myself.
I don't eavesdrop, but just while I was in line, even, an elderly gentlemen with a thick accent was ahead of me and having a lot of difficulty with something in the paperwork set up by another office. He said he's been dealing with this for several days and he couldn't get any help. It seemed like he fell in some sort of exception of a crack, but she handled it within mere minutes.
I don't rent cars often, but from now on, when I do, I'll be a Hertz Man.
Thank you Hertz, and Leslie, for everything you've done. This was a very, very, very difficult time for me.
