(March 2, 2018, 3:28 am)Great gym if you are looking for small, personal classes. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are interested in helping you be successful. Boxing classes are so much fun (as well as non contact). The gym also offers TRX which is a good way to change up your workout routine. Highly recommend trying a class or two! You will love it.

(May 30, 2017, 4:33 pm)Uppercut Fitness is an awesome place to work out! They have personal training, TRX, Kettlebell and boxing classes, including boxing for people with Parkinson's. Cindy is an amazing trainer who is more invested in her clients' success than anyone I know. If you're looking for a place to get in shape and have some fun at the same time, go to Uppercut!
