These guys are very professional and I never worried about my belongings being damaged because everything is inside. I would gladly recommend to anyone!! Awesome job Life Storage on Kenmore ave!!!!

We needed a storage unit in Buffalo and I'm glad I've found this Life Storage facility. As many review has mentioned the store manager, Ron, is awesome to work with. The facility itself has a couple of advantages over other storage facilities that we've used in the past: 1) every unit is indoors, so the prices are higher than external units found in other facilities. Given the amount of "weather" Buffalo has, having an indoor unit is imperative. 2) the customer loading area makes the whole loading/unloading process super convenient. Pull your moving truck (carefully) to the large roll-up door and you'll get to move in the comfort of protection from the elements. In general, the facility is very quiet, so don't really have to worry about fighting the crowd to access your unit.

Ron the manager at this location was friendly and super helpful. The building was clean and organized.

I went to this location and the manager was fantastic. He assistance was most definitely five star! I would recommend him everyone who needs a storage facility. Well done Ron!!!

I had to place items in storage her at the end of October. The manager there was very friendly and helped me pick out the best unit for my needs which wasn’t much. The unit is climate controlled and clean which I liked. The only downside is the limited time it’s open to gain access to your belongings if needed but I don’t mind. I would highly recommend this place. It’s nice to know your items are safe when you can’t hold onto them yourself.
