My father was taken to David Fischer for a broken humerus. I appreciate that surgery was the last option that was wanted for him. After getting a second opinion surgery was definitely needed and they were unsure as to why he was waiting to do so. My dad could now be a few weeks into the healing process but is not because Dr. Fischer did not make that call right away. I would recommend UB medical!
