Larry was extremely helpful. He took the time to talk to me about the electrical issues I was having and suggested a couple different solutions. He was looking out for us, and that's a quality that can be hard to find!

Larry was so kind. Even though he was out of town, he talked with me on the phone for 10 minutes about my problem and helped me understand it was a NYSEG issue and I didn’t need an electrician after all. NYSEG responded and all is fixed. Will definitely call him when I actually need an electrician.

Just moved into and older home and I was experiencing some strange issues. The Techmen name and number was on the electrical panel so I gave Larry a call. Despite being on another call he was extremely helpful over the phone and guided me in the right direction - - problem solved. On top of that Larry called to follow up and make sure everything worked out OK. Excellent customer service!

Larry and his crew are truly awesome. They came to bail me out of an electrical nightmare (generator incorrectly installed by Home Depot--lost close to all of my appliances) at 5pm on a Friday. I've used them ever since. It's been about 10 years.
