They are very good at what they do. They diagnosed my problem with my car very quickly n did my front pads n rotors did at a great job. Cheaper than any other places that I called n found.

I take my car to Kings on Broadway all the time and the guys there are great. I've never had an issue with my car after leaving there and recommend anyone to that location. There not out to try and get you for more money and will truly take care of you.

I had my car towed there with a complicated problem. My car wouldn't start. I had already replaced my battery, starter, plugs, ignition coils and battery terminals. I tried every possible fix I could think of and find online.

My car was towed on a Saturday. I spoke to them on the phone and they explained they would have a chance on Monday or Tuesday. They called me on Monday and asked me some additional questions, explaining that a mechanic would look at it on Tuesday.

I'm certain they spent more than an hour diagnosing the problem. It was a weird fluke, not something common/obvious.

They charged me $77 in labour and WERE HONEST about the whole repair.

They could have duped me/ripped me off.

I am VERY PLEASED with them and will use them again in the future. An honest repair shop is a hard thing to find.

(My mom recommended them. There have been several times where they could have had her get work done that wasn't necessary, but they have been forthright and honest with her. ex - didn't need brakes done, etc. She's a 71 yr old woman and mechanics have tried to goat her before)
