It is complete with restrooms, has a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer with plenty of space, and sound system with TV. Also has an outdoor grill if you are so inclined. All in all its a great space for a small wedding reception, grad party, anniversary, etc. It has a great view of the Niagara River.
