    I’ve brought my car here a couple times in the past few months, and I’ve had a great service every time. I first brought my car in for a muffler replacement. I liked that the technician brought me out to show me while my car was on the lift what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I feel as though they are honest in telling me what my car needs, they’re polite and efficient with their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

    I went to Monro last week to have my rear brakes replaced. I am not someone who knows anything about cars so I am always very wary about having to go to a mechanic as it usually feels like they are just trying to take your money and never really explain what is wrong with your car. Dennis and his team were completely transparent with me and kept me updated the entire time about what was wrong with my car/what they were doing to fix it. The service took longer than I expected it to take, but when it was finally done I happily drove off knowing that I had paid a good price for good service. However, as I drove off, my car began making a funny metallic noise. I drove it home and asked my boyfriend to listen to the sound to see if he thought I needed the take the car back to the mechanic. He agreed and so we brought it back. This was close to closing time but the team at Monro did not complain and went to work on trying to fix the problem. They kept working diligently on it until after closing time. Dennis did his best but ultimately could not make the noise go away completely. He assured me that it was safe to drive and that he wanted me to bring it back in a day later so he could completely re-do the job and install a full new set of rear brakes at no cost (it was all under warranty). I brought my car back in two days later and they did the job all over again, this time with no problems. He even installed a new wheel stud for me that I was missing at no additonal cost to me! All in all, I sincerely appreciate the hard work the team at Monro did to ensure that my car was completely fixed to my satisfaction and did not over charge me to do it. If you are looking for a place where you can trust the people who are working on your car, this is the place to go!
