Their return policy is very customer friendly and the tool rental department is outstanding. I spend a lot of time (and unfortunately a lot or money at home improvement stores and Home Depot has been my "go to" for almost 20 years.

When you ask for help they will stare at the shelf like they're in the store for the first time. Then they tell you what you already knew, they can't find what you were looking for either.
I prefer Lowe's but between the two they carry different lines and items, so luckily I have both relatively near me.
If you know what you need and it's something they carry you're good.
